COA Committees and Boards are the foundations from which the organization considers and acts on major challenges faced by patients, professionals, and practices. They are comprised of community oncology professionals nominated by the COA Board of Directors and who volunteer their time to discuss, debate, and provide direction.

The COA Conference Committee is responsible for the planning of the annual Community Oncology Conference. Its members provide direction on the Conference theme, faculty of experts and speakers, content, and overall execution.

The COA Government Affairs and Policy Committee guides official positions and comments regarding public policy. Members are actively involved in COA government affairs work and regularly are in Washington, DC advocating for community oncology.

The COA Committee on Oncology Payment Reform consists of physician leaders and practice administrators with deep experience in payment reform efforts. It is helping move oncology payment reform projects from concepts to reality and success.
