COA Patient – Practice Connector

Care Disrupted by Hurricane Ian? Find an Open Oncology Practice Near You

The Community Oncology Alliance (COA) has heard from practices, patients, and advocacy groups that cancer care following Hurricane Ian has been severely disrupted, with many patients displaced because of the damage to their homes and/or closure of their oncology practice.

For patients needing to resume your treatment, COA has activated the Patient-Practice Connector to help connect patients with practices throughout the nation that are willing to help patients get treatment and support.

If you are in search of an oncology provider or practice for cancer or blood disease treatment because of Hurricane Ian, community oncology practices are here to help. Cancer and cancer care do not stop during a crisis and neither do community oncology practices that continue to serve patients.

Enter your information below and COA will work to locate a practice near you, wherever you are in the nation. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours of submitting your information.
