Tracy Havens

Tracy Havens is the Director of Projects and Operations at the Community Oncology Alliance (COA). In her role, she manages all COA events, including the annual Community Oncology Conference, Payer Exchange Summit, State of the Union, and other marquee COA events. She also oversees internal organization operations, including managing the IT development and human resources functions.

Prior to joining COA, Tracy worked for Cancer Specialists of Tidewater and Peninsula Cancer Institute. Tracy brings more than 14 years of invaluable firsthand experience in operations at a community oncology practice, including roles as a biller and billing manager. During this time, her hands-on approach resulted in multiple successful and significant improvements to the management of billing, accounts receivable, and strategic planning for the practices.

Originally from Virginia, Tracy obtained specialized skills through years of working as a highly motivated, independent self-learner. Tracy currently resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
