Tracy Havens

Tracy Havens is Director of Projects and Operations at COA.  In this role, she manages a number of critically important initiatives, including the annual Community Oncology Conference, annual Payer Exchange Summits, State of the Union, and other COA-hosted events.

Tracy also uses her critical thinking and problem-solving skills to oversee internal organization operations for COA’s team and offices. This includes managing several key operations and human resources functions across a national team.

Tracy brings more than 14 years of invaluable firsthand experience in operations at a community oncology practice, including roles as a biller and billing manager at Cancer Specialists of Tidewater and Peninsula Cancer Institute, both in Virginia. During this time, her hands-on approach resulted in multiple successful and significant improvements to the management of billing, accounts receivable, and strategic planning for the practices.
