COA invites individuals, practices, and stakeholders from all levels of the cancer and broader health care community to join us. Contribution levels are all suggested, and our team is available to help you assess them. And consider extending membership benefits and access to everyone on your team with an Entire Practice Membership!

Individual Professional Membership
The heart and soul of COA are our individual community oncology professionals who are members of the practice team. We welcome you to join COA as an Individual Professional Members and support our mission. The suggested contribution as an Individual Professional Membership is $2,000 a year.

Entire Practice Membership
Ensure your full practice team has access to all the benefits of COA by joining as an Entire Practice Member. Your whole practice will be consolidated into one easy to manage annual membership with benefits and resources extended to all individuals working in your practice. New team members can be easily added throughout the year. The cost of entire practice membership is variable and discounted based on the size of your practice. Please get in touch.

Junior Professional Membership (For Fellows and Recent Graduates)
COA welcomes recent oncology/hematology graduates and current fellows to join for free as Junior Professional Members. Recent graduates are welcome Junior Professionals up to two years post-graduation and entering practice. Junior Professional Membership is free of charge.

Associate Professional Membership (For Non-Oncology Clinical Professionals)
COA offers membership for our non-oncology/hematology clinical professional supporters, such as urologists and rheumatologists. The suggested contribution for an Associate Membership is $500 a year.

Patient and Advocate Membership (For patients, survivors, caregivers, and other advocates)
COA advocates have membership and participate through COA’s Patient Advocacy Network (CPAN). They include patients in active treatment, cancer survivors, professional caregivers, family members, and members of the general community. Advocacy membership is free of charge.

Corporate Membership (For industry companies/manufacturers)
Qualified industry companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, genomic, drug delivery and distribution, and other spheres that support COA’s mission are invited to join through the COA Corporate Membership program.

Committees and Boards are the foundations from which COA considers and acts on major challenges faced by patients, professionals, and practices. Active members are invited to join and help lead COA’s many committees, task forces, and advisory boards.
